Parking: Free parking available inside the property.

Check-in and check-out times: Check-in from 11:00 to 21:00; Check-out from 09:00 to 12:00

Guest address details: guests do not have to provide their address details when they book

Guest phone number guests must provide a phone number when they book

Age limit: No age limit

Curfew: No curfew

Making a reservation through the website, means:

The guest books a stay at Villa-Agave by a bank transfer of 25% of the total value.

The other 25% should be transferred to the bank account 1 month before check in.

The remaining 50% should be transferred to the bank account minimum 1 day before check-in.

We require a damage deposit from our guests:

• The guests pay a damage deposit of: €250
• We collect the damage deposit by: Cash upon arrival
• We return the damage deposit by: Cash, after eventual deduction of damage cost, the day of check-out

We have set the following house rules for our guests:

• Smoking is not allowed in the house (it is in the garden, with caution)
• Pets are not allowed (sorry for this)
• Parties/events are not allowed.
• Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 08:00.
